How do I access recordings of previous webinars?
- Most of our webinars are recorded and later posted for sale in the store about 1-2 weeks after the live event.
- These recording are available to the general public and sold separately from live webinar events. Live event and webinar recording fees are intentionally priced at a nominal fee as to keep the offerings affordable when both are desired.
- Subscribe to our newsletter from our home page if you wish to be notified of upcoming events, newly released webinar recordings, and research articles.
How will I receive the recording I purchase?
- When you purchase a recording, you will receive an order confirmation via email, with a link to the recording. (Please enter your email carefully at checkout.)
- We recommend saving a copy of the order confirmation that houses the file link outside your email so you can easily locate it as a resource later.
What if I accidentally lose my order link?
- If you are unable to find your previous purchases from your email box, you can locate them from within your Kolisko account. When you create an account, your previous order history will automatically be assembled. You can then use the same path to log in and access previous downloads, edit payment sources for re-occurring donations, and update your shipping and contact information.
Why can’t I find my order confirmation among my emails?
- If you have trouble receiving our correspondence they may be landing in your “spam” file. Mark us as a “safe sender” to streamline communications.
- If you entered your email address during the checkout process with an error, the order will not land in your mailbox. Contact our team for assistance at info@koliskoinstitute.org.
All speaker and moderator time is donated. All proceeds go toward ongoing research and outreach.
